DEMARCUS ACCEPTED HIS CALL TO MINISTRY IN 2017 AND BECAME THE YOUTH/TEEN MINISTER FOR FAITH WORSHIP CENTER, INT., LOCATED IN COLUMBUS,GA. PASTOR TO THE RADICAL GENERATION TEEN MINISTRY, DEMARCUS’ PASSIONATE PURSUIT FOR GOD, BEGAN TO RESONATE THROUGH HIS VOICE. THE TEEN MINISTRY EXPLODED WITH GROWTH, ENGAGEMENT, AND COMMITMENT. DEMARCUS WAS HAND PICKED BY GOD, THROUGH ONE OF HIS BEST SERVANT LEADERS, IN THE LATE DR. ANN L. HARDMAN. SHE IMMEDIATELY RECOGNIZED THE CALLING ON HIS LIFE, AND BEGAN TO TRAIN HIM FOR THE GENERATION HE WAS ASSIGNED TO. HIS UNIQUE STYLE IN DELIVERING GOD’S WORD, IS CAUSING YOUTH AND TEENS NOT ONLY TO FAITHFULLY PURSUE CHRIST, BUT TO LIVE THERE LIVES FOR CHRIST!
ELEMENTARY - COLLEGIATE STUDENTS
DEMARCUS IS ON A MISSION TO IMPACT EVERY STUDENT HE IS ASSIGNED TO. DEMARCUS’ PAST ADVERSITIES MAKE HIM A PRIME CANDIDATE FOR STUDENTS. HIS STORY OF GROWING UP WITH A DRIVEN SINGLE MOTHER, LOW INCOME, ADVERSITY AND FAILURE IN SCHOOL, DRUG AND ALCOHOL ABUSE, LOW SELF WORTH, AND LIFE CHANGING MOMENTS, IS ONE THAT RESONATES WITH AUDIENCES TODAY. NOT ONLY DID DEMARCUS OVERCOME THE CHALLENGES OF HIS PAST, BUT IS CONTINUING HIS PATH OF SUCCESS, CURRENTLY WORKING ON HIS DEGREE, HIS FIRST BOOK, AND CONSTANT PERSONAL GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT.
THROUGH HIS TRANSPARENCY, DEMARCUS SHARES HIS FALL TO ROCK BOTTOM AND HIS PERSEVERING CLIMB TO SUCCESS. THIS SERVES AS EVIDENCE TO HIS AUDIENCES THAT “THE WORLD IS YOURS AND OWES YOU NOTHING; YOU OWE YOURSELF THE WORLD AND YOU’RE THE ONLY ONE THAT CAN GUARANTEE YOURSELF THE WORLD!” DEMARCUS’ HAS AN EXCEPTIONAL WAY OF CONNECTING WITH STUDENTS OF ANY AUDIENCE, AND TENDS TO LEAVE AND IMPRESSIONABLE MARK ON THEM. HIS OBJECTIVE IS FOR STUDENTS TO RECOGNIZE WHO THEY ARE, KNOW THEIR PURPOSE, AND CREATE A SOLID FOUNDATION FOR THEM TO BUILD UPON.

IAM… SUCCESS SERIES: Life and Death are in the power of the tongue! DeMarcus is a strong believer in affirming who you are and who you will become, by speaking your life and success into existence. DeMarcus takes students through an intense series, which sheds light on strengths and weaknesses, helps students breakthrough barriers, and create a plan of execution.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT/ LEADERSHIP STYLE:
DeMarcus’ presentation on leadership development takes students to their next level! DeMarcus helps students identify what’s already within and enhances their natural leader style, creating leaders for tomorrow.
SOFT SKILLS DEVELOPMENT:
As the generations change, technology enhances, social media grows, the art of soft skills has taken a huge hit. The importance of effective soft skills, their use and impact, has allowed DeMarcus to create a workshop that takes students to the NEXT LEVEL!

The Auxiliary Board for Americus has meetings once a quarter and we discuss events and details. Three of the Auxiliary members were at the Annual Banquet this year and did not hesitate to share with the board what a remarkable speaker DeMarcus was. One of the board members, who is in her 70’s stated that he is the best speaker she has ever heard and she wishes she had him as a speaker when she was a teacher!!!! ”
